Sample Printing Test:
Before purchasing, we will aim at customers’ order to do business negotiation through constantly consult, meanwhile, provide printed sample testing to clients and give assistance help to win the order.
Operation Training:
We will hold a 15-days operation training freely before delivering the machine, in order that customer can get a full knowledge of machine’s operation.
Installing & Debugging:
Once the equipment has been send to the client’s factory, we will send after sales operator to install and debug the machine, which ensuring the normal working and meeting the previous acceptance requirements.
Technical Support:
During the machine runs, it will come across the operation and maintenance problems, we are willing to provide technical support, to discuss and to seek common development.
Breakdown Maintenance:
If we receive the breakdown report from clients, we will make initial fault diagnosis and call back to guiding them to solve the problem. If the emergency happens, we will arrange technician to the spot within 24 hours.
